Conclusion: Completely unusable - Stay away
Bought these cheap earbuds from Banggood. It is my 2nd pair, first was a pair of Blitzwolf BW-FYE1 that lasted about 18 months, before volume level of the left bud got very low. So time for a replacement.
I can easily mention the bad stuff - There are 2 killer points.
- Sound. Completely unusable for anything not music. I use it for audiobooks, but the problem is, that if there is a brief pause, like between statements, it seems the headset goes into power save mode, wo when next statement starts, it ramps up volume after a second or so, so I miss 1-2 syllables. Absolutely crap.
- Box charges only when open. Stupid design to be honest. So I can not recharge the box from a powerbank in my backpack ?
Good points:
- Looks like the box comes with a standard 14500 battery, that can be replaced if outlived by the batteries in the buds.
- Magnets in box and buds make it easy to insert the buds, and it will hold them.
- Sound quality on continous sound is fine. So good for music where missing the first second of each song is not important.
